What if recipient is unavailable?
If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery, we’ll either:
For business deliveries: if the business is closed, not accepting deliveries
or if an incorrect address was used, we’ll attempt to contact the recipient with
the telephone number provided to us. If contacting the recipient is unsuccessful,
we’ll attempt to contact the sender as well. We can reroute to a local sender's
address. Additional charges may apply.
For residential deliveries: if the recipient is not available at the time
of delivery or if an incorrect address was used, we’ll attempt to contact the recipient
with the telephone number provided to us. If contacting the recipient is unsuccessful,
we’ll attempt to contact the sender. Please note: we may call the recipient to schedule
delivery.
What if I need to change my order?
We’ll be happy to help you change your order prior to delivery, you may do this
by logging into your account, selecting "My Account", then selecting "My Orders"
and hitting the "Edit" Icon for the delivery order you want to update. However,
if your order is en route or already delivered, we won’t be able change your order.
You may ONLY modify your order delivery date up until midnight the calendar day
before the scheduled delivery. If your order is to be delivered today, please call
us at toll free at (877) DZN-THNX to see if your order is en route or has been delivered.
Please have your order number ready.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We’ll be happy to help you cancel your order prior to delivery. However, if your
order is en route or already delivered, we won’t be able to cancel your order. Cancellation
requests must be made the day before the delivery by calling us toll free at (877)
DZN-THNX.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy using our simple step-by-step process! You may begin placing
your order by hitting the "Order Donuts" menu button. Just determine how many donuts
you want to send to your deserving party (minimum 3 dozen) and click "Add to Cart"
and your selection is added to your Shopping Cart. Then just follow the simple and
easy steps. You can “Select Recipients”, “Modify Order” or "Checkout.".
Am I required to have a DozenThanks Account?
No, you have the option! Once you're ready to checkout, you're asked if you have
a personal account. If you do, sign in, if not you’ll have to register for an account
to enjoy the full benefits of our system, or you may simply choose a "Quick Thanks"
Note: You don't need a DozenThanks.com Account to place an order. You can use the
“Quick Thanks” option to proceed without having account features which include;
order history/lookup, delivery date/recipient/custom message modifications and changes,
contact management (Outlook Synchronization), etc.
Personal Account Customers If you have an account set up with us, your billing information
is automatically entered onto the order form. Recipient information is also entered
if you select a name from your online address book.

How do I use my Address Book
DozenThanks.com Personal Account customers who have entries in an online address
book can select a recipient's address and have the information automatically filled
into the order form. If the recipient is not listed, remember to add the person
to your address book when you enter the recipient's information. Our Contact Manager
Address Book also will accept data files from your Microsoft Outlook. You can simply
Export a “.csv” file from Outlook and import it into your Address Book so all your
customers and clients are easily selectable for orders! This makes it very easy
to place orders for your customers and clients.
Secure Order Processing
Order processing is encrypted for all customers who have browsers that are capable
of transmitting or receiving encrypted data through our 256-bit SSL Certificate.

Confirming Your Order
After you complete the order form and click "Continue," a page appears with the
information you've entered and the details of your order. If the information is
accurate, click "Place Order." If changes need to be made, select the appropriate
link: Edit Billing Info, Edit Delivery Info, Edit Label Message, Edit this product.
Then make the corrections, re-verify your information, click "Continue," and finally
"Place Order." Once you submit your order, an instant acknowledgment page is returned
that includes your total charges and your order number, you will also receive a
confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Please print the acknowledgment
page for your records. This is confirmation that DozenThanks.com has received and
accepted your order.

Credit Card Processing
DozenThanks.com will attempt to secure an authorization on your credit card at the
time of your purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization,
you’ll be notified right there on that page and will then be prompted to correct
any incorrect information. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your
order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged
within 24 to 48 hours.
DozenThanks.com "authorizes" the funds of your credit card at the point of sale
to ensure that the order you’ve placed will be reserved until delivery.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
YES!! With at least a 2 hour notice we can provide same-day delivery. You must order

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be collected for each order placed, using the applicable rate based
upon the recipient's delivery location.

How do I check the status of my order?
If you would like to check your status of an existing order, you may look under
